For eighteen years, Kateryna has worked from every angle of Ontario’s personal injury system, moving from accident benefits clerk to licensed paralegal to lawyer, called to the Bar of Ontario in 2022. Over that time, she has seen Ontario’s personal injury laws reshaped by reform, and she knows how each change came about, why it was made, and how it plays out in practice.
Kateryna represents injured clients in Accident Benefits claims and tort actions, including LAT proceedings, mediations, negotiated settlements, and litigation. She has substantial experience handling serious injury and catastrophic impairment (CAT) files, and she fights to secure the full benefits and compensation her clients need to rebuild their lives after life-changing accidents.
