Profile
Ilia graduated from York University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts. He received his LL. B with academic distinction from the University of London in the United Kingdom. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
Ilia maintains a focused practice in personal injury litigation, specializing in tort and accident benefits claims, as well as occupier’s liability. He has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
When not practicing law, Ilia enjoys spending time with his family, and supporting Manchester United.
