Denis Ioffe

Denis is the Managing Partner of Nanua & Ioffe, where he leads the firm’s operations, strategic growth, and long-term vision. He is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client service, ensuring that the firm consistently delivers effective legal solutions and personalized representation.

He earned his Juris Doctor from University of Western Ontario and is a member of both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. Fluent in English, Hebrew, and Russian, Denis is able to connect with and serve clients from diverse communities.

Before co-founding the firm with Gary Nanua, Denis built a strong legal foundation in personal injury litigation, representing clients in matters involving motor vehicle accident claims, occupiers’ liability matters, and disability disputes. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Small Claims Court, and various administrative tribunals. His practice also extends to general litigation and immigration law, providing him with a broad perspective on the legal challenges individuals and families face.

Denis is known for a thoughtful, client-centered approach and a consistent commitment to professional excellence. He places emphasis on understanding each client’s circumstances and objectives to ensure that legal strategies are practical, effective, and aligned with their needs.
