Daniella initially joined Nanua & Ioffe Lawyers as a legal assistant and continued her tenure as a licensed paralegal after graduating with Honours from Seneca College and obtaining her P1 designation. She further holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
In addition, she became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC–IRB) after completing a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen’s University.
Daniella’s primary area of practice is advocating for individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and representing clients in immigration matters. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized support to her clients and guiding them through the claims process. Daniella values open and honest communication and strives to provide clients with clear guidance and practical expectations throughout their claim.
Daniella is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
In addition to English, Daniella is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
