Since joining Nanua & Ioffe in 2020, Bianca has built a focused practice in personal injury litigation, representing individuals whose lives have been meaningfully changed by serious injury. Her work spans motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and long-term disability claims, including matters involving catastrophic impairment (CAT). She recognizes that the effects of injury extend beyond physical health, often affecting independence, daily life, and cognitive and functional abilities in ways that may not always be visible.
Bianca earned her LL.B. and was called to the Ontario bar in 2024. She began her legal career in 2017 as a Licensed Paralegal, gaining valuable experience in client service, case management, and litigation support. Her years of experience continue to shape a practical, organized, and client-focused approach to advocacy.
She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Concussion Network, and remains engaged in developments in personal injury law across Ontario. She also serves as a Committee Member of the Brain Injury Society of Toronto, contributing to initiatives that support recovery and community connection for individuals rebuilding their lives after injury.
In addition to English, Bianca speaks Romanian allowing her to communicate with clients directly and ensure clarity throughout the process.
